Set sail on a tropical dance adventures at Camp Wayfinder this summer! This camp invites your child to step into the world of Moana through fun, high-energy dance routines inspired by the vibrant island culture and unforgettable songs of the movie!
Throughout the camp, dancers will explore dance styles such as acrobatics, ballet, hip hop and jazz, all while learning about Moana's bravery, adventure an connection to the ocean. Students will enjoy themed activities, crafts and storytelling as they embark on their own adventures, discovering the power of friendship, courage and self expression! Speaking of island culture.... in addition to traditional dance styles offered at SASD, we will have a (wave) crash course in hula, make our own lei's and discover what Maui's tattoos symbolize! Fun outdoor activities include water discovery, where campers might get a little wet paying, designing and coloring with water! Whether your child is an avid dancer or has never taken a dance class before, this camp will have them feeling the rhythm of the sea, just like Moana! Price: $130 per child Ages 4-9 *a $25 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration to hold your campers spot. All deposits will be charged to the card on file. *Looking for a full day camp option? Register for Pawtastic Dance Party Monday-Wednesday 1-3:30pm and have your campers day extended! Plus, enjoy two completely fun filled camp options with a FREE 60 minute break for lunch in between! |
