Drop In Classes- Open to all Competition Team Members
This July & August we are once again hosting drop in style fitness and ballet technique classes for competition team members.
Dancer Fitness, hosted by Miss. Karis, is open to all ages and levels (competition team students only) and will focus on strength, stamina, flexibility and totally body control.
Ballet Technique is being offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays by Miss. Kate- Tuesday's classes are for SENIOR BALLET CO members and Ballet 4 dancers (those starting on pointe) only. Thursday's classes are open to JUNIOR and SENIOR Ballet Co members. She STRONGLY suggests enrolling your dancer in a few classes, if not more, over the duration of the summer months!
